I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow one to two business days after processing and production for your order to ship.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without penalty. You can cancel your order within 24 hours for the cancellation to take effect. Just send us an email with the subject "CANCELLATION" to our email address: hello@tarhus.com.

Where can I find my order number?

It is possible that the email confirming your order landed in your spam folder.

If you cannot find the confirmation email with your order number after checking, please contact us with the subject "My order number".

Can I change the order/delivery address?

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make the necessary changes. Please note that once the order has been processed and shipped (24 hours after your order has been placed), we cannot make any changes.

To which countries do you ship your products?

Currently, we're only able to ship within the Australia.

Do you have a physical store where I can see the products?

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store yet. So far it is only an online store.

Where can I find the number of my order so I can track it?

We provide a tracking number for each shipping order once the product has left our warehouse. The tracking number is available as soon as the shipment is made. You can track your order here.

How long do I have to wait for my order to be delivered?

Delivery time is 7 to 12 business days from the time your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Due to uncontrollable circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, etc.), delivery may be delayed.

My product arrived damaged.

If this happens to you, please contact us with : - Your order number. - A photo or video of the damaged product. Upon receipt, we will be happy to send you a new order free of charge.

Where will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered directly to your home, without intermediaries. If the shipping address is incorrect, please contact our technical support as soon as possible before your order is shipped.

What happens if I am not at home?

Don't worry, your order will be delivered to your mailbox, otherwise it will be delivered to your nearest post office.
The delivery person will leave a notice in your mailbox so you can pick up your package at the post office.
