This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the official TARHUS online store and delivered to the following countries:

  • Australia

  • Italy

  • Poland

  • Spain

  • United Kingdom

This policy is published in accordance with consumer protection standards and Google Merchant Center requirements.


1. Return Eligibility

TARHUS accepts returns for both:

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Non-defective products (including change of mind)

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  2. The item must be new and unused.

  3. The product must be returned in its original condition, including:

    • Original packaging

    • All tags (if applicable)

    • Accessories or components included at purchase

We do not accept returns of products that show signs of:

  • Wear or use

  • Washing or alteration

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Missing original packaging

TARHUS reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund or exchange.


2. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

Requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be eligible for return unless required by applicable consumer law.

The return window begins on the date confirmed by the carrier as delivered.


3. Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail only.

We do not offer:

  • In-store returns

  • Drop-off return locations

Customers must contact customer support before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Email hello@tarhus.com.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • The appropriate return address

  • Any additional documentation required

We aim to respond to return requests within one business day.


5. Return Shipping Costs

A. Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)

If the return is due to size preference, color selection, or general dissatisfaction:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Return labels are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. TARHUS is not responsible for items lost during return transit.


B. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrect (wrong item delivered)

Please contact customer support promptly.

You may be asked to provide photographs for verification. Once confirmed, TARHUS will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement shipment, or

  • Refund to the original payment method


6. Exchanges

TARHUS accepts exchanges within the same 30-day return period.

Exchanges are available for:

  • Size changes

  • Product replacement for defective items

For non-defective exchanges:

  • The original product must first be returned in new condition.

  • Replacement processing begins after the returned item is received and inspected.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued.


7. Restocking Fees

TARHUS does not charge restocking fees on approved returns.


8. Inspection & Approval

Once a returned item is received:

  1. The product will be inspected to confirm eligibility.

  2. Customers will receive email confirmation regarding approval or rejection.

Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements may be refused.


9. Refund Processing

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection approval.

  • Refunds are issued in EUR (Euro).

Financial institutions may require additional processing time before funds appear in the account.

If you do not see your refund after a reasonable period, please:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider.

  2. Contact customer support if further assistance is needed.


10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window

  • Items not in new condition

  • Items missing original packaging or components

Any additional exclusions required by applicable law will be clearly disclosed at purchase.


11. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, the standard return procedure applies.


12. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate order information

  • Packaging returned items securely

  • Retaining proof of return shipment

TARHUS is not responsible for lost returns that are not trackable.

TARHUS reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time to reflect operational or regulatory changes.
