This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the official TARHUS online store. It outlines processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, and customer responsibilities in accordance with Google Merchant Center requirements.


1. Shipping Destinations

TARHUS currently ships to the following countries:

  • Australia

  • Italy

  • Poland

  • Spain

  • United Kingdom

We do not ship to countries not listed above.

Shipping availability is subject to change and will be updated on this page if modifications occur.


2. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00 Central European Standard Time – Madrid)

Orders placed:

  • Before 5:00 PM CET on a business day will begin processing the same business day.

  • After 5:00 PM CET, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.


3. Order Processing (Handling Time)

Handling Time: 0–1 business day (Monday–Friday)

Handling time refers to the period between order placement and dispatch to the carrier.

During this time:

  • Payment authorization is verified

  • Order details are reviewed

  • Items are prepared and packaged

  • The shipment is transferred to the designated carrier

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.


4. Transit Time

Transit Time: 6–10 business days (Monday–Friday)

Transit time refers to the delivery period after the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Transit times:

  • Begin once the shipment has been dispatched

  • Are calculated in business days

  • Exclude weekends and public holidays

  • Are estimates provided by logistics partners

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing (if applicable), and carrier operations.


5. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–11 business days

Total delivery time is calculated as:

Handling Time (0–1 business day) + Transit Time (6–10 business days)

Delivery time estimates apply to all listed shipping destinations.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier operational issues

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak seasonal volumes

  • Incorrect shipping information

TARHUS does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping Cost: Free Standard Shipping

TARHUS provides free standard shipping on all eligible orders to the countries listed above.

There are:

  • No minimum order requirements

  • No additional standard shipping charges

All product prices are displayed in EUR (Euro) and include applicable taxes where required.


7. Shipping Method

Orders are shipped using established international logistics providers. Final delivery may be completed by local postal or courier services depending on the destination country.

Carrier selection is determined based on operational efficiency and destination.


8. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Tracking link

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active in the carrier’s system.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking link.


9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments:

  • Applicable taxes are included in product pricing where required by law.

  • TARHUS assumes responsibility for customs duties and import taxes where applicable.

Customers will not be required to pay additional customs charges upon delivery unless otherwise required by local authorities due to exceptional circumstances.

TARHUS is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  1. Contact customer support as soon as possible.

  2. Provide your order number and supporting documentation (e.g., photographs if damaged).

TARHUS will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with carrier procedures.


11. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

TARHUS is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Refused shipments

  • Unclaimed packages

Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is required.

TARHUS reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect operational, regulatory, or legal changes.
