For the moment we operate solely as an e-Commerce company online.
Simply place an order and we will deliver your order(s) directly at your door.
Apologies for any inconvenience. If the item is 'out of stock', we recommend checking back in two weeks for potential restocking. If not restocked, it will be removed from our website.
To discover the latest products, select 'NEW' in the filters on a collection page. For other items, sift through your preferred elements to explore various choices.
Coupons & Payments
Discount codes must be used at checkout. You'll find a field in your shopping cart summary - you can't miss it!
Firstly, please be sure that your coupon code has already been added successfully. Also please be sure that the coupon code has not expired.

You can use Visa, Mastercard or Maestro, as well as Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. We do not accept bank cheques, bank transfers or cash on delivery.
Orders
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make the necessary changes. Please note that once the order has been processed and shipped (24 hours after your order has been placed), we cannot make any changes.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours without a penalty. To initiate, email hello@tarhus.com with the subject 'CANCELLATION'.
There is no set limit as long as the items in your cart are in stock, feel free to order as much as you require.
Shipping & Delivery
Our shipping capabilities are currently limited to Australia, US, and Canada
Handling time: 1-2 Business Days. It is the period from order placement to handing over to the delivery service.
Transit time: 7-12 Business Days. From the carrier to customer's address.
Shipping time starts on shipping date, may take longer due to address issues or customs.
Your order will be delivered (most of the times) at your door.
Don't worry if you're not at home, your order will be delivered to your mailbox, otherwise it will be delivered to your nearest post office.
The delivery person will leave a notice in your mailbox so you can pick up your package at the post office.
If this happens to you, please contact us with :
- Your order number.
- A picture or video of the damaged product.
Upon receipt, we will be happy to send you a new order free of charge.

If your order was just dispatched, kindly allow up to 3 business days for the tracking information to be updated. If your order is already in transit and there have been no updates for several days, typically, the information will be updated once the parcel reaches the next shipping station (which may take 3-5 working days). Please be patient and wait a few more days.

The confirmation email is typically sent to the email used for ordering. If not received, check for email registration errors or locate it in the spam folder.
You can also access to your TARHUS account, select 'My Orders' to view your orders.
To unsubscribe, access the bottom of the Newsletter email. If unsuccessful, contact our customer service for assistance in unsubscribing within 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you don't like the product(s) you received, just send them back and we'll give you a prompt refund!
Initiating a Return
- Contact us at hello@tarhus.com with your order number, contact details, and reason for return.
- Provide photographic evidence for damaged or wrong products.
Return Process
- Instructions and Address: We will provide a return address and instructions upon receiving your return request.
- Secure Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packed with all original packaging and documentation.
- Shipping Recommendations: Use a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
Required Documents
- Proof of Purchase: Keep your receipt or order confirmation.
- Photo Evidence: Required for damaged or incorrect items.
Refund Process
- Inspection and Processing: We will process your refund after inspecting the returned item.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless you request otherwise.
- Time Frame: The refund process can take up to 7 days after we receive the item. Note this does not include shipping and inspection times.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for return processing. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, we’ll process a refund to the same card originally used to place and pay for the order once we receive your return. Please allow up to 7 days to credit back to your original form of payment.
If you paid using Apple Pay, we’ll process a refund to your Apple Pay account originally used to place and pay for the order once we receive your return. Please allow approximately 1-3 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
