Returns & Refunds Policy
RETURNS
Our standard return policy allows for 30 days from the date of receiving the package. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are generally unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must be in its original packaging. It must show a clear defect. We also accept returns if the size does not fit.
Perishable items, such as gift certificates and sale products, cannot be returned or refunded.
Before returning the product, please contact us via email at: contact@tarhus.com.
In your email, please let us know that you wish to return the product and include your order number so that we can locate it quickly.
Once you have contacted us, we will respond within 24 hours and provide you with all the necessary information to return the product.
Return shipping costs will be at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In certain situations, only a partial refund will be issued (if applicable):

Any order returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Finally, discounted items (if applicable) and gift certificates cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept products offered as part of a 50% exclusive discount campaign.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the refund.
REFUNDS
Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you have not received the refund within two weeks, please contact us at contact@tarhus.com.
We will replace defective or damaged products, or if there is a sizing issue. If you would like an exchange for the same product, please email us at: contact@tarhus.com.
