Shipping confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email or SMS with your tracking number. 

The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Customs, duties and taxes

Tarhus is responsible for all customs duties and taxes applied to your order. Once your order has been placed, you will not have to pay any additional fees to have it delivered to your home.

Damages

Tarhus is responsible for products damaged or lost in transit. If your order has been damaged, please contact our 100% satisfied customer service team available HERE.

The prices of our products are shown inclusive of all taxes. 

Important notice: Update on delivery times (January 22 - February 5)

Dear customers,

Due to exceptional and unexpected demand for some of our products, we are experiencing temporary stock shortages. This could result in an extended delivery time of around 10 days for orders placed between January 22nd and February 5th.

To apologize for this inconvenience, we have implemented the following actions:

- A €30 voucher valid throughout our site, with no minimum purchase, will be offered to every customer who places an order between January 22 and February 5. This voucher will be sent to you by email from February 8.

- An exclusive draw: from among all customers who have ordered during this period, one lucky winner will win a €300 voucher, which will also be sent by email from February 8.

Important conditions:

- To qualify for the €30 voucher and take part in the draw, all you need to do is place an order between January 22 and February 5.
- If you ask for your order to be refunded, you will lose the €30 voucher and will not be eligible for the draw for the €300 voucher.

We reassure you that, from February 6, delivery times will return to normal.
